My mind and body feel more connected than they hav My mind and body feel more connected than they have in a long time. The way I’m doing it is by 
🔹Exercise 
🔹Breath work
🔹Yoga
🔹Grounding
🔹Drinking half my body weight of water in ounces each day. 
Slowly getting back to “me” and saying goodbye to the life I’ve had for 20 years. I’ve accepted that when love was real, the pain runs deep, and mourning loss takes time. I’m doing the work. The next chapter I write will be for ME. Cheers to feeling love in our lives… for a moment, a year, a lifetime.
