Fitness in midlife! It becomes more important than Fitness in midlife! It becomes more important than ever to keep our bodies strong. My @coach.holly has helped me change my body this past year. His best advice:
1) Nutrition! 80-90% of fitness is in our diet. I intermittent fast with a focus on macros/heavy protein. 
2) Mix up your workouts! I change my routine every 4 weeks. 
3) Focus. Don’t take long breaks in between sets. Socialize after, not during your workout. I have the opposite problem here: hide too much under my hat 🧢
