Restaurant Grade Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar salad. I usually only order this when I go out to eat because it’s hard to find restaurant grade dressings at the grocery store. But guess what? I have a recipe of a DELICIOUS Caesar salad dressing you won’t be able to get enough of! One of my friends brought it over for a pot luck get-together and we all loooooved it.

Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoon Mayo
  • 2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed (I usually do 3)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.

Store leftovers in a mason jar or sealed container for up to 1 week.

Add croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, rotisserie or grilled chicken breast on romaine.

It makes a beautiful dish!

I like it with steak as an option over chicken, too! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!
