My Current Favorite Beauty Products

What are some of your favorite beauty products? Here is a list of what I love this month.

5 of My Favorite Beauty Products

1. Moroccan Oil

I started using this after I fried my hair with the “beach wave perm” a few months ago (see my related post). I put a few pumps onto the ends of my hair after tower drying, and it has really helped soften the texture! I found mine on Amazon here Moroccan Oil Treatment, 3.4 Fluid Ounce. I use this every day and now can’t live without it!

2. Laura Mercier Smudge Brush

This Laura Mercier Smudge Brush is one of my key makeup essentials. I use it with the eyeliner for the outer corner of my eyelids to give a more dramatic and smokey eye look. I like it better than the hard, liquid liner look.

Earrings are from Hamilton Butler in Hermosa Beach

3. Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills Colorlite Plus Arbutin

I’ve been using this DBH Cream to lighten the darker patches of my face (around my mouth and chin from sun) for the past month. It is working! It was recommended to me by my aesthetician who seems to always find the most effective products for my skin.

4. Jo Malone London Blackberry & Bay Cologne

I got this Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay perfume from my sister-n-law a few birthdays ago, and it is my go-to choice now. I love the fresh, clean fragrance.

5. Ardell Individual Lashes

Have you tried using individual lashes? While I do get lash extension touch ups every 4 weeks, I like to use a few of these as fillers when I get dressed up or on that 4th week before I get to my aesthetician. For natural lashes, they are great to fill the outer edges of the lids to give a bit more drama to your eyes. Just dip in some duo adhesive, wait about 60 seconds for the glue to become tacky, and place the individual lash on your lids. They look so natural… no one will ever know they are false individuals!

So there you have it. Do any of these interest you? Let me know if you like them as much as I do! And if you are interested in my favorite things lists, visit the Style section to see more posts.
