Finely chop 1/3 of an onion
Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to pan
Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes on medium heat
When garlic and onion are soft, add eggs and scramble (no need to mix beforehand)
Once eggs are scrambled with the onion and garlic, add 3 cups of rice
Add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
(optional) add 1 cup of cooked diced chicken or steak/beef
Mix together until heated through
Taste and add more oil and soy sauce as necessary
