In a sea of sheets available today, it is not always easy to pick the right one for your bed, style or even budget. I have been on the hunt for a good set for days now. I want luxury, on the budget of course, and I want them dirty pink.
We all need a little pink in our lives and we all need a little dirty in our bedroom.
Living in Manhattan Beach has skewed my view of what is shopping on the budget. Is spending $30 dollar for a set buying you only a piece of cloth that will fall apart after a month? Is $800 buying you a set that you will love for a long while because it only looks and feels better with time?
I say buy the best sheets you can afford. Years ago when I was in my 20s, sheets did not matter much. Color and cute were the important factors- and cheap! But as an adult, I realize that I spend one third of my life in those sheets, and that they are as important as my mattress and shoes.

Dirty Pink Sheets – My Favorites
After all the searching, I put together a list of my favorites. These are the dirty pink sheets that excite me, make me want to go to bed, sleep, make love or snuggle with my kiddos in the morning (OK I would do those things in any sheets). I love the envelope pillow enclosure and the fact that you do not have to buy what you do not need – in this case, a flat sheet.
